Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Human Resources Intern to partner with the HR Manager and support key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The role provides broad exposure to onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, HR operations, and organizational projects in a multinational setting.

You will assist with onboarding, participate in talent initiatives, maintain confidentiality of HR records, and help prepare communications and workforce insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Manager to support HR programs and initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires and interns.
• Support employee engagement, culture, wellness, and learning & development programs.
• Help maintain HR records, reports, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing HR communications, presentations, reports, and workforce insights.
• Support the coordination and execution of talent management and organizational development activities.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and other strategic people programs as assigned.
• Collaborate with associates, managers, and cross-functional teams to support business and people objectives.
