Job summary

Alcon Johor (known as CIBA VISION Johor Sdn. Bhd.) is seeking a Human Resources Intern to collaborate with the HR Manager on key initiatives and day-to-day activities.

This role offers exposure to onboarding, engagement, HR operations, and organizational projects within a multinational environment. You will partner with the HR Manager to support programs across the employee lifecycle, assist with onboarding for new hires and interns, and help maintain confidential HR records and workforce

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires and interns.
• Support employee engagement, culture, wellness, and learning & development programs.
• Help maintain HR records, reports, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing HR communications, presentations, reports, and workforce insights.
• Support the coordination and execution of talent management and organizational development activities.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and other strategic people programs as assigned.
• Collaborate with associates, managers, and cross-functional teams to support business and people objectives.
