Job summary

Alcon Malaysia is seeking an HR Intern to support key HR initiatives and day-to-day people activities across the organization.

This role provides broad exposure to various HR functions, including employee engagement, learning and development, onboarding, HR operations, talent initiatives, and organizational projects, offering an excellent opportunity to gain practical HR experience in a dynamic multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Manager to support HR programs and initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires and interns.
• Support employee engagement, culture, wellness, and learning & development programs.
• Help maintain HR records, reports, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing HR communications, presentations, reports, and workforce insights.
• Support the coordination and execution of talent management and organizational development activities.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and other strategic people programs as assigned.
• Collaborate with associates, managers, and cross-functional teams to support business and people objectives.
