Berjaya Corporation Berhad in Malaysia is offering an internship within the Human Resources team to support recruitment and HR operations. You will assist with interview scheduling, job postings, reference checks, and onboarding preparation for new hires.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR-related fields, a minimum 3-month internship, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will gain exposure to engagement activities and staffing processes for Bursa and the Management

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in HR-related field.
• Able to commit at least 3 months internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Manage job advertisements and conduct reference checks.
• Assist Employee Engagement initiatives/activities.
• Assist with headcount budgeting for Bursa and the Management Organization Chart.
• Assist and facilitate the first-day onboarding process for new hires, including office tours.
• Prepare monthly cross-charging billing memos for recruitment costs.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
