Job summary

Eastspring Investments in Kuala Lumpur is offering an HR internship that provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, engagement, learning & development, HR operations and corporate events within the asset management industry.

You will gain experience in end-to-end HR processes, HR policies, and best practices while collaborating with colleagues across functions in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, company events, and internship programmes.
• Support learning and development activities, including training administration and coordination.
• Maintain non-confidential HR records, databases, and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
• Participate in HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.
