You will gain experience across end-to-end HR processes in a professional corporate setting and contribute to various HR initiatives and projects. This internship emphasizes learning and development and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, company events, and internship programmes.
• Support learning and development activities, including training administration and coordination.
• Maintain non‑confidential HR records, databases, and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Participate in HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Eager to learn and contribute in a fast‑paced corporate setting.
