Job summary

THE ELITE ELEVATORS SDN. BHD. offers an HR internship in Kuala Lumpur for 2–6 months. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll support and HR operations under mentoring in a dynamic, supportive environment.

The program targets Diploma or Degree students in HR or related fields, requiring good English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus strong communication and organizational skills. A potential permanent position may be offered based on performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma/Degree in HR or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities including resume screening and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and HR records maintenance.
• Help with attendance, leave and payroll administration tasks.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
