We are looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organized intern to join our HR team and support both culture initiatives and talent development programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a current university student to gain hands-on experience in HR, event management, internal communications, and training coordination - helping us build a vibrant, engaging, and continuously growing workplace!
What You'll Do:
As part of our HR team, you will play a key role in supporting both employee experience and people development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Culture & Event Support
- Event Coordination & Execution: Provide end-to-end support for a variety of HR and culture-related events, including employee town halls, team-building activities, well-being sessions, and professional development workshops. Responsibilities include logistics planning, on-site setup, and post-event follow-up.
- Creative Communications & Design: Use your design skills to create compelling visual materials for events and internal campaigns, such as posters, flyers, digital banners, and newsletter graphics.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily tasks such as managing RSVPs, tracking budgets, preparing meeting materials, and organizing event supplies.
Talent Development & Training Support
- Training Program Coordination: Support the planning and execution of external and internal learning and development programs.
- Content & Material Preparation: Assist in creating and updating training materials, slides, and participant guides.
- Collaboration with Learning Teams: Work closely with HR teams to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement of talent development activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Current University Student, preferably studying HR, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in Event Planning or Organizing: Demonstrated involvement in planning or supporting events at school, in clubs, or within the community.
- Basic Design Skills: Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms to create engaging visual content.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication - you'll be interacting with employees at all levels.
- Proactive & Organized: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player with Enthusiasm: Positive attitude, high energy, and passion for contributing to a great workplace culture and meaningful learning experiences.
