Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or psychology.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment activities: posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidates.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees and interns.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documents are properly filed and updated.
• Assist attendance, leave, and employee database updates.
• Organize training programmes, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations and spreadsheets.
• Support employee welfare, company events and internal communications.
• Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
• Ensure PPE is worn as directed by supervisors.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business Administration / Psychology
