Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the recruitment process, including job posting and resume screening.
• Supporting the onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Maintaining and updating employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
