Job summary

HEPMIL Malaysia, home to MGAG and Hepmil Creators Network (HCN), invites applications for an HR Intern to join a fast-paced media family. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and learning & development in a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields, with good communication, organization, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Support onboarding activities and preparation for new joiners.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate information.
• Assist with day-to-day HR administration and employee documentation.
• Support updates to employee records, leave, attendance, and HR trackers.
• Assist with HR reports and other administrative tasks when required.
• Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team initiatives.
• Assist in preparing internal communications and materials for HR activities.
• Help coordinate activities contributing to a positive employee experience.
• Assist with training coordination, including registrations, attendance, feedback, and documentation.
• Support HRDF-related administrative tasks where required.
• Help maintain training records and trackers.
• Support HR projects across employee experience, performance, wellbeing, and culture.
• Assist with surveys, basic HR data analysis, presentations, and research.
• Provide support on other ad-hoc HR projects when needed.
