Piau Kee Live & Frozen Seafoods Sdn Bhd is offering an internship to gain hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing environment in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. You will be mentored and exposed to real workplace practices while supporting recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and everyday HR operations.

This role provides practical exposure to attendance management, foreign worker administration, training coordination, and stock record maintenance, with potential for a permanent position upon

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including resume screening, phone screening and interview coordination.
• Support new employee onboarding and maintain accurate HR records.
• Assist with training arrangements and training record updates.
• Prepare staff uniforms, Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain stock records.
• Assist with foreign worker administration, including work permit renewals and hostel inspections.
• Assist with attendance and leave record updates.
• Support HR documentation, filing and general administrative tasks.
