Job summary

Didi Group is seeking a Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and cross-functional projects within its automotive lifestyle business in Malaysia. You will work with corporate and retail teams to learn how people power the organization.

You'll assist with onboarding, documentation, and lifecycle processes while ensuring policy compliance and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital HR Operations: maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, including personnel files, attendance, leave administration, and employee movement.
• Ensure HR information is accurate, secure, and confidential.
• Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building programmes, and wellness initiatives.
• Participate in HR projects across retail and dealership teams to gain business exposure.
• Collaborate with departments to see how people, customer experience and business performance connect.
• Support employer branding and HR process improvements.
