Job summary

TF-AMD Penang invites a proactive HR internship student to join our team in Bayan Lepas. You will support the HR department with secretarial and administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and events.

The role involves handling confidential documents, assisting recruitment activities, and learning HR processes. Eligible candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree, fluent in English and at least one local language, and able to start January 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or above in HRM or related field.
• Good oral and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
• Preferably available for a 4–6 months internship.
• Must possess own transportation and travel between facilities when required.
• Commencement of internship in January 2027 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the HR Department.
• Coordinate and organise meetings, team-building activities, HR events, and other ad-hoc activities.
• Organise, manage, and maintain confidential HR documents, records, and filing systems for easy data retrieval.
• Support HR hiring projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and monitoring recruitment targets.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
