The role provides secretarial and administrative support, and involves coordinating meetings, events, and HR activities across facilities. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or above in HR Management or related field.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
• Preferably 4–6 months internship period.
• Proactive, responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
• Commence internship in January 2027 would be an added advantage.
• Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel between the company's facilities when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the HR Department.
• Coordinate and organise meetings, team-building activities, HR events, and other ad-hoc activities.
• Organise, manage, and maintain confidential HR documents, records, and filing systems.
• Support HR hiring projects by coordinating activities and monitoring recruitment targets.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
