Job summary

THE ELITE ELEVATORS SDN. BHD. offers an HR internship in Kuala Lumpur for 2–6 months. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll support and HR operations under mentoring in a dynamic, supportive environment.

The program targets Diploma or Degree students in HR or related fields, requiring good English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus strong communication and organizational skills. A potential permanent position may be offered based on performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition, including resume screening and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with attendance, leave and payroll administration.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and other documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Assist the HR team with day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Take on other HR projects and assignments to gain broader exposure.

Qualifications and Experience

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Organized, proactive and responsible.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
