Job summary

AEI CAPITAL GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on HR Executive with strong end-to-end recruitment experience to join our Group HR team in Malaysia.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and HR operations, with a focus on timely delivery and accurate records. You will partner with hiring managers, manage employee lifecycle processes, and support HR policy implementation across multiple entities, using AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience with hands-on end-to-end recruitment exposure.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.
• Strong CV screening, candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in HR operations and payroll coordination.
• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented.
• Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment practices with cross-border exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common digital tools; able to use AI tools to support admin work.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on manpower requirements and timelines.
• Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions and exits.
• Coordinate monthly payroll and benefits administration, including salary changes and deductions.
• Address employee queries and support managers on relations, attendance and performance.
• Coordinate performance management and employee development processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
• Support HR policies, procedures and practices implementation.
• Coordinate Group HR matters across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
