Job summary

The role also plans and delivers employee engagement activities within the approved budget. You will make sound day-to-day decisions, resolve recruitment and employee activity issues with minimal supervision, and stay accountable for timelines, candidate experience, participation and cost control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years recruitment experience preferred.
• Payroll knowledge and employment law is a plus.
• Experience with recruitment agencies and handling multiple vacancies.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from request to offer acceptance.
• Plan and deliver employee engagement activities within approved budget.
• Support day-to-day recruitment and employee activities with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate interviews, screenings, and assessments; manage offer details.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, agency relationships, and hiring reports.
• Review job descriptions and post vacancies internally and externally.
• Track engagement expenses and collect feedback for improvements.
