Job summary

Lee Ting San Lorry Transport is seeking an HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR activities in Malaysia. The role covers recruitment, performance management, payroll, and employee development, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or higher in HR/Business Administration, knowledge of Labour Law, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Training and support will be provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law/Employment Act is advantageous.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and compensation & benefits.
• Manage staff payroll and incentives ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and coordinate processing of all necessary HR documentation.
• Conduct employee orientation and assist in recruitment activities; maintain accurate personnel records.
