Job summary

You will coordinate onboarding and offboarding, handle payroll and benefits, maintain accurate employee records, and support HR projects while ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR/Business Admin or related field.
• 2+ years HR Generalist or HR Operations experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Administer leave, attendance, claims, and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB).
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
