Job summary

KLK OLEO in Malaysia seeks an HR Generalist (Senior Executive/Executive) to support multiple HR functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations, HR Operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HRM/Business Administration/Psychology and 2–5 years of HR experience with exposure to multiple HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or production environment is advantageous.
• Good understanding of HR principles and employment legislation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with employees at all levels (production and office).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRMS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, and workforce planning.
• Learning & Development: training coordination, learning administration, and capability development.
• Compensation & Benefits: payroll support, benefits administration, attendance, leave, and overtime management.
• Employee Engagement: staff activities, wellness programmes, communications, and culture initiatives.
• Industrial Relations: employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and compliance with employment legislation.
• HR Operations & Compliance: HR documentation, reporting, audits, and policy compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: support HR projects and initiatives that improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.
