Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an HR professional to provide guidance and ensure HR delivery aligns with legislative frameworks. The role covers policy development, recruitment, industrial relations, training, records management, and contract governance.

You will oversee immigration matters, compensation‑related activities, and day‑to‑day HR operations, including contractor logistics and performance oversight.

• Prepare and implement the company's HR policies, practices and procedures for employees.
• Recruit suitably qualified personnel and participate in workforce planning.
• Act as focal point for Industrial Relations and provide legal‑labor advice.
• Develop training programs including orientation and induction.
• Maintain personnel records, statistics and organizational charts.
• Design and maintain all employee contract templates to meet legislative requirements.
• Contribute to plans to meet estimated HR requirements.
• Supervise job evaluation and performance appraisal programs.
• Research remuneration and benefits and propose improvements.
• Advise management on effects of transfers and promotions.
• Educate managers on grievances and personnel issues.
• Deal with Workers Compensation matters.
• Negotiate and maintain the company's Insurance Policy.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations including attendance and performance.
• Monitor immigration matters including work permits and repatriation.
• Coordinate flights, hotels and pickup for contractors and employees.
• Track records of current and future contractors.
