Job summary

Alam Kotamas Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated HR Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee relations. The role involves ensuring compliance with Sabah Labour Ordinance and coordinating staff training, with travel between offices and project sites.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in HR or related field and has ~3 years of HR experience. Knowledge of HRMS and payroll systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• About 3 years HR experience encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Sabah Labour Ordinance and HR best practices.
• Experience with payroll administration and statutory submissions is an advantage.
• Willing to travel between offices and sites.

Responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and orientation.
• Administer payroll, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
• Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, and contract renewals.
• Assist in disciplinary matters and employee relations.
• Coordinate staff training and HRD Corp grant applications.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce statistics.
• Liaise with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other authorities.
• Develop and implement HR policies and Employee Handbook.
• Support strategic HR initiatives and special projects.
• Travel between company offices and site offices.
