Ambition, a fast-moving organisation based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking an HR Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle. In this permanent role, you will be hands-on, proactive and able to work autonomously to shape HR delivery.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, training, policy review, and ensure compliance with the Employment Act. The ideal candidate has broad HR generalist experience and strong HRIS skills, with a track record in policy development.

Formación

• Broad generalist HR experience with strong HRIS and systems proficiency.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment law and the Employment Act.
• Experience handling industrial relations and employee conduct matters.
• Experience streamlining HR processes, documentation and policy frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding, with confident use of HR systems.
• Managing employee and industrial relations matters, including attendance and conduct issues.
• Supporting training and development initiatives and employee engagement, with a strong working knowledge of the Employment Act.

The Role
