Job summary

Gard Inc Sdn Bhd in Bandar Sungai Long, Selangor is seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive on a full-time basis. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, training programs and ISO documentation efforts, driving HR excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and managing multiple vacancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with staff at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR compliance.
• Proactive approach with internal recruitment initiatives.
• Professional attitude with confidentiality and integrity.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment or ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Manage job postings, advertising and candidate databases.
• Conduct initial assessments and prepare interview feedback reports.
• Assist onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Support employee relations, performance management and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and training documentation.
• Support ISO documentation, audits and continual improvement initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and records comply with company and ISO standards.
• Prepare HR-related reports and metrics.
• Assist in employee engagement activities as required.
