• Screening resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
• Conducting interviews via phone and in-person.
• Making and negotiating job offers.
• Onboarding new hires and introducing company culture.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Preparing HR documents and letters (offers, terminations, warnings).
• Assisting stakeholders with performance management and disciplinary matters.
