Job summary

M Stud Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive based in Ulu Tiram, Johor. You will formulate and update HR policies, manage recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance to support our business objectives.

You will handle foreign worker matters, employee development, attendance, records, and staff relations, while ensuring adherence to Malaysian laws. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is expected; five‑day work week.

Qualifications

• Formulate and update HR policies, procedures, plans and programs to support business objectives and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company regulations and all HR statutory obligations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Handle foreign employee matters such as work permit applications, renewals and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate learning and development programs, including HRDF applications and claims.
• Process monthly payroll and ensure timely submission of statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and LHDN.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing and onboarding processes.
• Manage payroll processing and statutory payments.
• Handle work permits and foreign worker documentation.
• Coordinate employee development and HRDF activities.
• Support salary reviews, incentives and bonus recommendations.
• Provide guidance on staff relations, disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and employee data in HR system.
