Job summary

A leading HR firm in Malaysia is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Human Resource Management and have 2-3 years of experience, along with strong communication and organizational skills. This position offers a competitive salary range of RM4.5k - RM5.5k, with potential fixed allowances reaching up to RM7.2k.

Qualifications

With global production bases and strong R&D, the Malaysia unit headquartered in Kuala Lumpur with a factory in Klang, specializes in industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, greases, cleaners, and surface treatment chemicals, serving industries such as 3C, home appliances, semiconductors, automotive, engineering machinery, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax, etc.).
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, fostering positive workplace culture, and assisting in disciplinary matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and support management in HR planning and decision-making.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR working experience.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Salary

Salary Range: Basic RM4.5k - RM5.5k, + Fixed Allowances can up to RM7.2k
