Job summary

EXSIM Development Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding and HR administration in Kuala Lumpur. You will support payroll, benefits, training and HRDF applications while ensuring policy compliance and proper record-keeping.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HRM and 2–3 years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of work experience as HR Executive or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws and payroll processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements, review resumes and conduct initial screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments and background checks.
• Support HR and payroll activities; maintain attendance records, leaves and claims.
• Onboard new employees and manage employee records in HR database.
• Assist with benefits programs, training and HRDF applications.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and liaise with government agencies.
• Organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
