Urban Hygienist Sdn Bhd, located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive to join our HR team in a full-time capacity. You will drive the full employee lifecycle, support recruitment activities, handle payroll submissions, and maintain HR documentation in line with legal requirements to help our workforce stay engaged and compliant.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment processes.
Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Assist with HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Process employee records, payroll submissions, and HR documentation compliant with laws.
Coordinate employee benefits, leave, and attendance systems.
Support employee relations and workplace inquiries.
Assist with training, development, and performance activities.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
