Job summary

Malaysia Steel Works (KL) Bhd (Masteel) seeks a junior executive to monitor scrap documents and support monthly closing activities. The role involves preparing incentive letters, scrap purchase orders, and coordinating with weighbridge and suppliers.

You will also plan operation tables, forward shipping docs, and assist with supplier invoices. Applicants should have 2+ years' experience, a Diploma or higher, and be proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of working experience in the respective field.
• Possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, and above.
• Language Proficiency: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and checking incoming scrap documents
• Prepare monthly closing activities
• Prepare an incentive letter and file documentation
• Prepare a scrap PO to the scrap supplier
• Coordinate with the Weighbridge Departmentand the supplier
• Prepare the operation table planning
• Forward shipping document to the Forwarder
• Assist in checking and printing the invoice from the supplier
