Job summary

Jia Ming Auto Services Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, and onboarding within a fast-growing auto services group. Training will be provided for candidates without relevant industry experience.

You will handle attendance, leave, records, documentation, and assist in payroll preparation while supporting staff engagements and compliance with local regulations. Based at Wisma BH, PUDU, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good understanding of general HR operations and recruitment.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and other employee related documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor staff attendance and assist with monthly payroll preparation.
• Assist in employee onboarding, probation confirmation and performance evaluation processes.
• Coordinate staff training, company activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
• Assist in improving HR processes and perform other duties assigned by management.
