Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Executive to identify training needs, design and implement effective training programs, and evaluate their outcomes to drive organization performance.

The role includes learning & development, program development, delivery, evaluation, talent development, compliance, and TVET coordination, with responsibilities for onboarding, internship placement and foreign workers management.

Qualifications

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for identifying training needs, designing and implementing effective training programs, and evaluating their outcomes. This role ensures that employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively, contributing to the organization’s overall performance and growth.

• Learning & Development: Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments.
• Program Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, soft skills, leadership development, and compliance training.
• Training Delivery: Facilitate in-house training sessions and coordinate external training providers as needed.
• Evaluation and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; provide reports to management with recommendations for improvement.
• Talent Development: Support career development initiatives, succession planning, and talent management strategies.
• Compliance and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• To apply and manage HRD Grant.
• To coordinate on TVET program.
• To handle employees onboarding.
• To manage internship placement.
• Clerical jobs and Ad hock task given by superior
• Foreign Workers Management to ensure hostels condition comply with legislation, audit requirement and lease provision, including health & safety requirements and maintenance. To ensure the work permit renewal on time. Keep on track for all foreign worker related data.
• Recruitment. Make sure all recruitment requisitions are fulfilled. Coordinating on recruitment as oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, arrange for interview with hiring managers, and handle the onboarding process
