Job summary

Menara Maxis is seeking a Protégé Trainee to learn and contribute in Employee Experience and Employer Branding. You will support engagement initiatives, onboarding improvements, and data-driven insights to strengthen belonging, while assisting in branding campaigns and content creation.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, gain hands-on HR exposure across regional and virtual setups, participate in events, surveys, and video/content projects, and grow toward a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with colleagues and stakeholders across levels.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Experience with design or video editing tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Employee Experience: assist in designing and implementing engagement initiatives for regional, virtual and in-person settings.
• Support planning and execution of large-scale engagement events and onboarding improvements.
• Assist in surveys, dashboards and insights to inform engagement strategies.
• Employer Branding: support marketing campaigns and create content for branding initiatives.
• Create/edit video content for employer branding campaigns; assist events planning and on-ground coordination.
