CLOUDENGINE DIGITAL SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Executive (fresh grads welcomed) to join our HR team. The role supports job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, as well as onboarding and HR documentation.

You will assist in payroll-related information, benefits administration, and HR reporting, contributing to the employee lifecycle and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing through portals, LinkedIn, agencies, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining candidate databases.
• Support the preparation of offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents, including employment contracts and related letters.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with employee document collection and filing.
• Support HR-related administrative tasks and daily operations.
• Serve as initial contact for employees on basic HR enquiries.
• Communicate HR policies and company announcements to employees.
• Support employee engagement and internal HR activities.
• Assist in preparing payroll-related information and benefits administration.
• Maintain HR records and reports, including headcount and recruitment progress.
