Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an HR Analytics & Reporting professional to manage end-to-end data and reporting across the Asia-Pacific region. You will maintain HR data quality, support data strategy, and drive process improvements in HR systems and dashboards.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics/reporting, strong Excel skills, and experience with data visualization tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is a must.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Analytics and Reporting, preferably HR.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Finance, Social Sciences, or Business Management.
• Advanced Excel skills including automation, formulas, pivot tables, V-lookup, macros.
• Data visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data in Asia-Pacific in internal HR systems.
• Monitor and rectify data mismatches to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate and support HR Shared Services audits.
• Produce regular reports and ad hoc analyses for stakeholders.
