Job summary

DHL Group's HR Services in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is hiring an HR Data Administration Specialist for its APAC hub. This full-time, permanent role focuses on administering HR Shared Services processes and delivering high-quality HR services to a global workforce.

You will work in an international, virtual environment, collaborating with HR Partners and vendors to meet KPIs and service levels. A Bachelor's degree and about three years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• HR certification preferred.
• Approximately 3 years' experience in HR Shared Services.
• Experience with HR processes and data administration.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR Employee Data Administration/Shared Services processes to meet quality standards.
• Identify patterns of errors and escalate complex issues for resolution.
• Support team members on recurring errors and HR service issues.
• Maintain reports and data for HR services per standards.
• Collect feedback from HR Partners and employees on services provided.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and HR Business Partners to aid resolution.
• Support in achieving KPIs and service levels.
