Job summary

DHL Group APAC in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, seeks an HR Shared Services professional to support data administration and HR processes within a global network. You will work in an international environment, handling high volumes and delivering accurate HR data services to internal customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and about 3 years in HR SSC, with a preference for HR certification. On-site position with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; HR certification preferred.
• Approximately 3 years of HR Shared Services experience.
• Ability to handle high volume of work and adapt to changes.
• Proven experience building and maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR Employee Data Administration/Shared Services processes with defined delivery/quality standards and timelines.
• Check for patterns of errors and escalate complex issues for resolution.
• Support other team members on recurring errors related to HR services.
• Maintain reports and data per standards and guidelines.
• Gather inputs and feedback from HR Partners and employees and share with Supervisor.
• Maintain effective relationships with vendors and HR Business Partners to assist in issue resolution.
• Support in meeting KPIs and service levels.
