Job summary

Talentvis is seeking an HR Coordinator Intern to support recruitment activities for the Asia Pacific region, with a base in Kuala Lumpur.

You will source resumes, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate relationships, and build talent pipelines while collaborating with the team.

Monthly internship allowance is provided, a company laptop is supplied, and there is a potential for conversion to a permanent role upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
• Proactive, self-driven, and takes initiative without close supervision.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or sales-related functions.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates’ resumes, filtering with interview, and propose to clients.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing until candidate join date).
• Maintain relationship with candidates after placement.
• Co-work with other team members to achieve target.
• Developing talent pipelines and networking.
• Assisting clients in end-to-end cooperation process.
