Job summary

Recruit Express invites Business, HR, or Psychology students to an internship where you dive into real recruitment work from day one in Kuala Lumpur. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and client liaison, with mentorship and structured development throughout the program.

High-potential interns may be considered for full-time conversion after graduation; internship allowance RM 1000 is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
• Support consultants in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Learn to understand client requirements and assist in talent matching
• Build and maintain professional relationships with both clients and candidates
• Internship allowance provided (RM 1000)
• Hands-on exposure to real recruitment processes from day one
• Structured learning and development with dedicated mentor support
• Centrally located office at Q Sentral — accessible via all major public transport
• High-performing interns will be considered for full-time conversion upon graduation
