QI Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR Operations, ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements across global teams. You will manage employee records, assist HR systems, and coordinate training activities within a dynamic organization.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2 years of HR/administrative experience, with a basic understanding of Employment Act and HR best practices.
The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day HR Operations including assisting in the preparation, coordination, and maintenance of documentation relating to all legal matters and industrial relations (IR) cases, administration, Learning & Development, and Employee Documentation processes to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HR systems, coordinating training activities, and assisting in employee lifecycle administration across the global organization.
Review and audit employment contracts and employee documentation for all global employees to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Maintain organized and up-to-date employee personnel files, both physical and electronic
Coordinate the preparation, issuance, renewal, and filing of employment-related documents
Monitor document validity and ensure timely updates where required
Coordinate the stamping of employment contracts and other statutory documents in accordance with government requirements
Maintain accurate employee data within SAP SuccessFactors
Perform regular data clean-up to ensure system accuracy and integrity
Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics as required
Assist in preparing, maintaining, and organizing documentation related to Industrial Relations (IR) cases
Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including scheduling, logistics, invitations, and attendance tracking
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
2 years of HR or administrative experience and fresh grad is encouraged to apply
Basic understanding of Employment Act and HR best practices
Familiarity with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
