Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR Operations professional with at least 2 years of experience in HR Shared Services or Client Services. The role requires strong knowledge of HR lifecycle processes, SLA/CSAT/DSAT metrics, and solid data management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems (Workday preferred) are essential. You will manage employee lifecycle tasks, monitor service delivery, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HR Operations / Shared Services or Client Services.
• Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes, SLA, CSAT, DSAT, and case management tools.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in HR Shared Services / Service-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR employee lifecycle processes accurately and efficiently (job changes, offboarding, benefits, data management, time & absence)
• Monitor and manage service delivery metrics (SLA, CSAT, DSAT) and vendor performance
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation to enhance productivity and compliance
• Provide guidance and resolution for complex employee and stakeholder queries
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders through proactive communication
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and local regulations
• Promote a culture.
