Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement, HR communication, or content creation.
• Experience managing intranet platforms, internal announcements, newsletters, or employee campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools (SharePoint, Canva, email marketing tools) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage internal communication materials including announcements, newsletters, circulars, HR updates, and intranet content.
• Coordinate internal campaigns such as engagement programmes, HR roadshows, health & wellness initiatives, and recognition events.
• Draft communication plans to support key HR projects and change management efforts.
• Track engagement metrics and report insights to improve effectiveness.
• Support HR functions with content creation and communication planning.
