Job summary

Genting Berhad is seeking an HR internship student to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement at Wisma Genting, Jalan Sultan Ismail. You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support payroll and benefits tasks under supervision.

You will also help organize training and engagement activities while handling HR inquiries with attention to detail and professionalism. This paid internship offers experience in a major Malaysian employer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• RM 1,500 internship allowance provided.
• Working location at Wisma Genting, Jalan Sultan Ismail.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Assist onboarding with orientation and new hire paperwork.
• Address HR policy and benefits inquiries.
• Support employee engagement and well-being programs.
• Coordinate internal training and liaise with training providers.
• Assist payroll processes with basic payroll calculations and medical arrangements.
• Oversee social media to enhance employer branding.
