Qualifications

• Requires degree/diploma in HRM, business admin, or law.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience in manufacturing/plant setting.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and IR concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner for production staff; advise and resolve employee matters diplomatically.
• Manage foreign worker documentation, permit renewals, and extension processes.
• Handle HR administration, letters, templates, and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Collaborate with Safety & Health to manage incident reporting and SOCSO claims.
• Maintain employee files and support onboarding processes with TA.
