Job summary

FOZ One Sdn Bhd. is seeking an ERP Systems Engineering Senior Executive to oversee ERP configuration, development, integration and support across manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate teams. You will coordinate SIT/UAT, manage deployments, and collaborate with ERP vendors to ensure stability and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years IT experience, preferably with ERP systems.
• Experience in ERP configuration, development, customization, integration or technical support.
• Experience in manufacturing ERP environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or SAP is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database technologies.

• Builds and maintains interfaces between ERP and internal/external systems; troubleshoot data flow and integration issues.
• Diagnose complex application errors, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with vendors on escalations.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing; support UAT and manage deployments, patches, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal IT/BTS teams, business users, and external software vendors to resolve system issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain technical specifications, system architecture documentation, and configuration records; monitor ERP performance and data integrity.

Your Role in Our Mission:

The ERP Systems Engineering Senior Executive is responsible for the technical execution, configuration, development, integration, testing and support of the organization's ERP systems. The role works closely with IT team, BTS and business stakeholders to implement approved ERP functional requirements and solutions. The position performs ERP configuration, development, customisation, integration, version upgrades, technical testing and second- and third-level technical support. The role also works with ERP vendors and technical partners to investigate system issues, implement technical solutions and maintain the stability, performance and integrity of the ERP environment.

What You’ll Do:

Configuration & Custom Development: Configures, customizes, and enhances ERP functionality based on business requirements while prioritizing native ERP capabilities before writing custom code.

System Integration: Builds and maintains interfaces between the ERP and internal/external systems; troubleshoots data flow, interface errors, and integration failures.

L2 & L3 Technical Support: Diagnoses complex application errors, executes root-cause analysis, applies technical fixes, and collaborates with ERP vendors on high-level escalations.

Testing & Release Management: Leads System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing, assists business users during UAT, and manages technical deployments, patches, and version upgrades.

Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partners with internal IT/BTS teams, business users, and external software vendors to resolve system issues and implement solutions.

Documentation & Optimization: Maintains technical specifications, system architecture documentation, and configuration records while monitoring ERP performance, health, and data integrity.

Key Requirements:

Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably with ERP systems.

Experience in ERP configuration, development, customisation, integration or technical support.

Experience in manufacturing ERP environments is highly preferred.

Familiarity with Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or SAP is highly preferred.

Good knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
