Job summary

This role involves arranging interviews, preparing candidate agreements, and keeping the candidate database up to date. A degree in business, HR, or related field and strong communication are preferred, with HR recruitment experience

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• HR recruitment experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Use software tools to craft advertising articles and posts
• Manage and update social media accounts on Job Channel, Facebook, Douyin, XHS, TikTok, and other platforms
• Communicate effectively with candidates to assess qualifications and match to job requirements
• Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and clients
• Prepare candidate agreements and employment documentation
• Maintain and update the candidate database accurately
