Job summary

PERSOL in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Talent Resourcer to support our recruitment activities across diverse roles. You will source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and networking channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR/Business or related field.
• Prior recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR support experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented.
