Job summary

KOTHREE GROUP SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a recruiter-focused content and social media specialist. You will craft engaging ads and posts, manage Job Channel, Facebook, Douyin, XHS, TikTok, and other platforms, and communicate with candidates to assess their fit.

This role involves arranging interviews, preparing candidate agreements, and keeping the candidate database up to date. A degree in business, HR, or related field and strong communication are preferred, with HR recruitment experience

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• HR recruitment experience is an advantage.
