Job summary

ES INNOVATION LAB SDN. BHD. is seeking a Recruitment & Training Content Assistant to support recruitment, employer branding, interview coordination, training and staff development.

This role blends content creation, video shooting and editing, recruitment administration and training support. You will create engaging recruitment content for social media, plan video shoots, edit short-form videos, coordinate interview sessions, and assist in sourcing candidates.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with good communication and creative skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in recruitment, content creation, video editing or training is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of video editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Well-organised with good time management skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to different outlets for video shooting, interviews and training activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organise candidate interview information from various recruitment channels.
• Contact candidates to arrange interview dates and times.
• Coordinate interview sessions with HR, management and relevant PICs.
• Assist HR in sourcing and attracting suitable candidates.
• Post job vacancies and recruitment campaigns on appropriate platforms.
• Assist in organising employee training and development programmes.
